Every room is appointed with "The Fab Five". Designed with an eye to maximizing function and creature comforts, these thoughtful details and luxuries are S31's signature touches.
The centerpiece of each bedroom is a custom designed 7 or 8 feet wide mattress with a feather topper encased in soft cotton sheets, down duvet and a selection of goose down pillows. Just remember to set your alarm clock because sleeping here has proven to be addictive.
"Windows" at S31 cover one entire wall in every room, from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. With ever changing views, the mood to dream is irresistible at all times: when mists envelopes the city on drizzly days, when the glorious sunset makes a dazzling show, or when the city lights glitter at night.

Gigantic colourful geometric sculptures preside over the left corner surrounded by a putting green. Cute white designer dogs on the turf seem to gambol in the astroturf, and at night, luminescent designer armchairs glow at night on this multi-purpose space. Counterbalancing all these colours is a calming blue of the saltwater swimming pool.
